The Incredible Vizines. Chapter Two
Chapter II
Equality Demanded!
They grew up as normal children, except for one small detail. They had powers. Pauline could go invisible and make a force field. Piper could shape-shift into pretty much anything. As for Petrova, no one knew for sure yet. Pauline and Piper had both gotten their powers at the age of 12, and on their birthdays. Petrova was 10. I think that with two girls that already have powers, Mr.and Mrs. Vizine can wait for another girl to get their supernatural abilities. Pauline was fourteen and Piper was 12 ( her birthday was two months ago. She had been getting used to her amazing gift). Pauline had mastered her powers and knew when and where to use it. Piper, however, had not mastered it and when she was angry she would accidentally change into an animal without even realizing it. Because they all had powers, when they got into a fight, they really fought. So their parents thought it smart to get them all their own rooms. They had experimented briefly about sharing rooms and put Pauline and Piper in the same room for a few months. Pauline wanted it decorated with her poster and nick-knacks. Piper, of course, wanted her things and there was not enough room. After they heard a bear growl, their parents knew this would not work. Piper got another room at the other end of the hall. They were much more cheerful girls after that. Petrova sometimes felt left out, because both of her sisters had powers, and she was a normal girl... Or so she thought.
Little did she know, but when she heard someone talking, they might not be talking at all! This may seem complicated to some, and others probably have figured out what part of her powers were. She could read minds. After she answered a few questions before they were asked, her family figured out that she had gotten her powers a year before the other girls, at age 11. Since she did not have her powers yet, she was sharing a room with Piper. The day after they found out she had powers ( they found out for sure in the evening on Friday) her Mother and Father moved her into her own room. They were not taking any chances with sharing a room. It was too dangerous. Petrova felt more like her sisters after she found out that she had special things that no one else could do, just like them. Now that they all had powers, the house was more peaceful. This may sound weird. How could a house be more peaceful when all the girls had powers? But it was. Because if one of the girls attacked another one, she could fight back! I bet you’re wondering, how could Petrova fight if all she could do was read minds? well, she could do more than just read minds. She could do a very little bit of mind control. She could not make them do things she wanted them to do, like do her chores, or get her a drink, but she could make them stop doing things. Like if Piper had turned into a dog and was trying to bite her, Petrova could make her walk out of the room instead. What a crazy family!

The Incredible Vizines. Chapter One
The Incredible Vizines.
Chapter I
Beginnings
Once upon a time, for that is how all good stories begin, there was a budding family, called the Vizines. They were, as you call it supernatural, though Mr. & Mrs. Vizine’s three daughters did not know. The oldest, Pauline, who is 15 at the time that this story is written, was rescued of a sinking ship and put into an orphanage. She was only there for a few days when the newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Vizines adopted her. She never remembered her real parents, who were killed when she was 5 days old. Two years after the adoption of Pauline, Mrs. Vizine had a baby girl which they named Piper.
A story
I'm making a new story called The Incredible Vizines ( The last part rhymes with vine) I'm working on the first chapter, and I'll post it as soon as I can.

Barn Swallows
Hey, Guys!
We have a bunch of barn swallows nesting in above our front door. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a picture of the parents feeding the babies or the babies sticking their heads above the nest. They are sooooo cute! Anyway, I was able to get a few pictures of the nest. There's also a picture of one of the adult birds flying by our house.

The pool
Dick Nichols, a pool by our house, opened on Monday. It's sooooo cold! It's so cold that, even though I love swimming, I don't even want to go anymore. They need to turn on the heater. We only go for a little bit, but when swim team starts, we won't be able to get out when it gets too cold. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! It's in June though so it should be warmer then.

Craft Tips 1
Here's a picture of a Tinkerbell and a Silvermist painting that I did. There's a trick to doing acrylic painting like I did is simple. You find a picture of the thing you want to paint and then print it ( in color). Take a fabric softener sheet and staple or tape it on top of the picture. Trace it with a black pencil. ( I traced the detailed parts before I stapled it down so you can see it when it is stapled down). After the design is on the sheet, take your canvas ( I used a piece of cardboard) tape ( staples would leave holes) the sheet onto your canvas, take the black pencil and trace the design from the sheet onto the canvas. You probably have to rip the sheet with the pencil for the pencil to bleed through After the design is on the canvas, you paint! You will probably want the color reference of your picture, which is why you should print it in color.
Sorry it's sideways, but I can't flip it.
Silvermist is right side up, but foggy. Sorry!
Joanna & Adam
Here's a picture of my little sister, Joanna holding Adam. She's the one I share a room with. When you live with 4 brothers, a little sister can be pretty fun! ( Except when she gets in my stuff!) Adam has a really cute look on his little face!
Garden Update
I just planted a Serrano pepper and some zinnia flowers in my garden. I've had zinnia's before, and I really like them. The have beautiful flowers and I like to cut them and make a little bouquet for the kitchen table. I got a cutting zinnia pack, so they are meant to be cut. Last time I had red and orange flowers; this time I got pink, purple and a creamy color. The red and orange pack are called " hot crayon pack." This time I got the " cool crayon pack." I can't wait until I get the pretty flowers again!

Bookworm 1
I really like book called Princess Academy by Shannon Hale. It's a really good book. I hate it when I want to read a book and then I hear a book report and it ruined the book for me. So if you're probably not going to read it and you want me to tell you about it, tell me in the comments.
My little bro
Here's a pic of my cute little baby bro, Adam. He was eating the balloon, but turned to look at the camera.
My Garden
Here are some pics of my garden. I've been planting for a while and the garden is pretty big.
The tall plant is a sunflower. The plant in the corner is lettuce. The yellow flower
is a Pansy and the pink flower is a Danthus. The plants by the Danthus and
behind the sunflower are bachelor buttons and African daises that haven't
started to boom yet. The Frisbee is covering some plants that my mom thought were weeds and ripped out.
This is a Sylvia flower that I planted and some sort of
pretty ivy that I did not plant started to grow beside it and
think that they're really pretty together.
The tall plant is a sunflower. The plants that are
starting to fan out are zucchini plants are and by the zuchini are bachelor buttons that haven't
started to bloom yet. There is also a lettuce with the buttons. In the bottom left
corner is part of my tomato plant.
This is my whole garden. I have a tomato, some African Daises and
Bachelor Buttons in front of the tomato. I have some zucchini, and various flowers.

Welcome to Rachel's Wonders!
Hi! Welcome to Rachel's Wonders! This will be a blog about my garden and some other random stuff. I live in a busy ( and usually noisy!) house with 5 siblings. I have an older brother who turned 13 on April 30. Then there's me, I'm 10. After me come my little brothers who are 7 and 5. I share a room with my little sister, who will be 3 in July . Then I have a cute baby brother who will be 1 in October. I play the piano and I'm working on Immaculate Mary and a piece called Quadrille for my recital. I'll post as often as I can which will probably be a few times a week.
